Configure your Neat Pad, Neat Bar, or Neat Board

Follow these steps to set up a Nead device to be connected to Korbyt

• Access the Neat Pulse cloud management platform by visiting https://pulse.neat.no/login

• Navigate to the "Apps" section and verify that the "Korbyt" toggle is switched to "Enabled" under the "Room availability" category

• Select "Devices" from the menu, then choose the location of your Neat device

  

• Click on your specific Neat device and go to the "Device Settings" area

  

• Under "Apps," select the Korbyt application

• In the "Software" section,

  • Confirm or set Channel to "default"

  • Confirm or set "Enable Automatic Upgrades" to On

• Your screen will now display a Korbyt Provisioning Screen with a unique token like the example below

  

• In your Korbyt CMS - Provision the player to your tenant following normal steps
