More editing capabilities inside of launchpad

When I edit a launchpad, I should have more capabilities to edit the text sizing, font, placement, etc. I don’t want to have to go into the full layout builder to make these changes. I should also have the ability to move/resize other elements as well.

It would be good if we could have a Monitor Screen within Korbyt Booking that can provide information around whether the Exchange Interface and Alert Service (Email Notification) Interfaces are up and running. A simple Icon denoting Whether is active or not on the calendar page would be useful.

Make recurring bookings more easily identifiable within the Booking Diary

Current Workflow: Users must hover over a booking to see the recurring booking icon, making recurring bookings difficult to identify at a glance. Proposed Workflow: Display a recurring icon directly on the booking tile whenever a booking is part of a recurring series, similar to Outlook calendars. Business Reason: Improves visibility and allows users to quickly distinguish recurring bookings without needing to hover over each booking.

Include all fields visible on the Manage Users page in the User Export

Current Workflow: The User Export does not include all information available on the Manage Users page. For example, Last Login is visible in the application but is not included in the export. Proposed Workflow: Ensure all fields displayed on the Manage Users page, including Last Login / SSO Enabled are included when exporting user data. Business Reason: Provides a more complete user dataset for reporting, auditing, and identifying inactive users without requiring manual checks within the application.

Add the ability to multi-select and delete users in Korbyt Signage

Current Workflow: Users can only be deleted individually, making user management time-consuming when removing multiple users. Proposed Workflow: Allow admins to select multiple users from the user list and delete them in a single bulk action. Business Reason: Reduces administrative effort and provides a faster, more efficient way to manage users at scale.

Add the ability to collapse/expand area groups within the new Diary View

Current Workflow: All resources are displayed in one continuous list, which can be difficult to navigate across larger locations with multiple floors or areas. Proposed Workflow: Group resources by area, e.g. Floor 1, Floor 2, with the ability to collapse or expand each group as needed. Business Reason: Reduces visual clutter and makes it quicker and easier for users to navigate resources within the Diary View.

External Attendee Watch List Notifications

Add the ability to maintain a predefined watch list of external attendee names that triggers a notification when a matching name is added to a booking. Current Workflow: There is no automated way to identify or alert Security when an external attendee may be associated with a previous incident. Proposed Workflow: When an external attendee’s name matches an entry on the watch list, automatically notify the relevant Security team for review. The attendee is not blocked from the booking, and Security can verify whether the match relates to the person of concern. Business Reason: Provides an early warning for potential security concerns, allowing appropriate due diligence to take place before an event while recognising that name-based matching may produce false positives.

Enhance the Catering services within Korbyt Booking

Ability to expand on the Catering Services feature within Korbyt Booking to include the following. Catering: Support for images Support for Long Descriptions for each item Support for an external link from a catering service item Ability for the user to select multiple items and prioritize them Ability to add attachments to catering (see attachments) which can be viewed directly in the Korbyt Booking application

Current Workflow: All services are displayed together within the Booking Summary, making larger bookings with multiple service types harder to review. Proposed Workflow: Group services under their relevant department or category, e.g. Breakfast, Lunch, AV, making the Booking Summary easier to navigate. Business Reason: Improves readability and allows users to quickly review services by department, particularly for larger or more complex bookings.

Proposed Workflow: Keep the Modify and Cancel buttons fixed and always visible at the bottom of the Booking Summary while scrolling. Business Reason: Improves ease of use and reduces unnecessary scrolling, particularly for larger or more detailed bookings.

Current Workflow: The Booking Summary is displayed in a narrow window, requiring significant scrolling for larger bookings with multiple services, attendees, or other details. Proposed Workflow: Add an option to expand the Booking Summary to a full-screen view, providing more space to review and manage all booking information. Business Reason: Improves visibility and usability for complex bookings, reducing excessive scrolling and making booking management more efficient.

Ability to Mute audio on an entire playlist as a global setting

Currently, individual content items, or clever rules can be configured to mute audio, but there is not a single setting that allows the user to mute audio over the entire playlist. The goal is to create a playlist, select a single checkbox that will mute all items in the playlist, no matter if the content is directly added, or added via rule.
