Ability to add description/text box to webform submissions page

We love offering the simplicity of the web form for content submissions and the ability to have all of our predefined layouts in one dropdown. However, it would be extremely helpful for end users if we were also allowed to add a descriptive text box with instructions. Perhaps and editable text container? Thanks.
