Customer has reported that our player notification emails are failing their email DMARC authentication checks. As shown in attached screenshot, the SPF Alignment check is failing due to the Sender/Korbyt using amazonses in the back-end. Our Email Security recommends that you work with amazonses and your DNS team to properly publish an SPF record to fix this. Is this something we can facilitate to resolve?
