Description:
Customer would like the ability to create more custom Meeting Types in Booking, with additional colours to identify on the grid.
Current Workflow:
Customer can only use 3 predefined Meeting Types (Internal, External & Event)
Additional types can be added via LookUps, but no colours can be assigned.
Proposed Workflow:
Customer can create additional Meeting Types and allocate colours to identify on the diary
Business Reason: More colour options make it easier to quickly identify booking types.
