Add the ability to freeze time indicators when scrolling down the diary

Description:
Customer would like the time indicators in the booking diary to remain visible while scrolling vertically, to improve usability and reduce confusion when viewing bookings.

Current Workflow:

• The booking diary is displayed as a grid with time slots shown in the top row. When users scroll down the diary, the time row scrolls out of view, making it difficult to determine the time associated with each booking further down the page.

Proposed Workflow:

• The time indicators should remain visible during vertical scrolling, allowing users to maintain context and easily reference the time of each booking regardless of their scroll position.

Business Reason:
Improving visibility of time slots enhances the user experience
