Add the ability to perform a direct booking swap between two resources

Description:
Customer would like the ability to perform a direct booking swap between two rooms/resources within the web app.

Current Workflow:

• When at full capacity, users must manually cancel and rebook appointments to move bookings between rooms

Proposed Workflow:

• Introduce a feature that allows users to select two bookings and swap their assigned rooms/resources directly, without needing to cancel or rebook

Business Reason:
Swapping rooms directly saves time when at full capacity
