Allow the visitor notes box to be draggable

Description:
Allow the visitor notes box on the Visitor Management page to be draggable, enabling users to reposition it freely within the interface.

Current Workflow:

• The visitor notes box is fixed in place, limiting flexibility. Users find it obstructive when reviewing visitor details.

Proposed Workflow:

• Implement drag-and-drop functionality for the visitor notes box. Users should be able to click and hold the box to move it to a preferred location on the screen.

Business Reason:

• Reduces visual clutter and obstruction during visitor management tasks.
