Automatic Add-ons on O365 Add-in initiated Bookings

When a user books a room, the system will automatically attach predefined services—such as refreshments or AV equipment—based on room configuration. These “automatic add-ons” save time during booking and ensure nothing is forgotten, while still allowing users to remove them if needed.
