Changes to accepted service orders should re-trigger the approval process

Description: When a service order has been approved in Korbyt Booking, any changes to item quantities or delivery times should re-trigger the approval process to ensure the order can be fulfilled.

Current Workflow:

• Service order is created by user

• Service order is approved by admin

• User changes item quantity or delivery time on approved order

• Order stays in accepted state

Proposed Workflow:

• Service order is created by user

• Service order is approved by admin

• User changes item quantity or delivery time on approved order

• Order returns to pending state

Business Reason:

• This ensures required changes can be fulfilled
