Layout Properties Background - Choose Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Color

Add the ability to choose one of the three Primary, Secondary, Tertiary colors the default background within any given element. This way, when users adjust the CMS Settings menu colors, all of the Layouts update as well.

This gives customers the ability to rebrand backgrounds, banners, and other corporate color-branding use cases across the entire CMS.
