Media Submissions from outside of Korbyt

I would like the ability to empower non Korbyt users to contribute to signage. While predefined layouts accomplish this, my users only use images and rarely videos. Often my users will look at images and or videos that have been uploaded by other users and add them to their own playlists. I have concerns that launchpads will be used once and never again. I would love it if predefined forms could be used for media manager submissions.
