would like the following enhancements to the existing Mobile / Web / Email reporting features of the Korbyt Platform:
Ability to see which mobile users individually viewed, commented on, interacted with a post. (From the Top Posts report, add an action which provides detailed user engagement information for that particular post)
Ability to see which company users individually opened and interacted with an email. (From the Unique Opens and Clicks report, add an action which provides detailed user engagement information for that particular email)
Ability to see which company users individually received an email but did not open the email. Once the list is compiled the Korbyt CMS user would have the ability to dynamically create a temporary audience and send a follow-up email to the focused group via email. (From the Top Posts report, add an action which provides detailed user engagement information for that particular post)
Add a new report that targets users with a low engagement score. (for example, if the users are not logging into the Mobile app, or opening emails, a dynamic audience would be created for additional targeting.)
Add a new report that links a mobile post to an email, and provide an overall engagement score that provides a ‘single view metric’ for users who view it on both mobile and email. Currently, if the same message is communicate across both channels, a user that views the mobile post, and opens the associated email, Korbyt uniquely counts that as 2 views.
