Provide the ability to change/swap resource for full recurring series

This request is to provide the ability to change/swap resources for the full recurring series in one action, as opposed to updating each occurrence individually.

Current Workflow:

• User creates a recurring series via Workspace or Quickbook

• When attempting to change the assigned resource, the user must update each occurrence in the series manually

Proposed Workflow:

• User creates a recurring series via Workspace or Quickbook

• User initiates a resource change and is given the option to apply the update to all instances in the series with a single action

Business Reason:

• Significant time savings for users managing large or frequent recurring series

• More flexibility for end users
