Restrict user access to bookings if their role does not allow access to the rooms security group

Where a user is restricted from accessing a resource (room) in the resource security group in their role, the user cannot see or book these resources (rooms), but if the user is a requestor on a booking which has a room they do not have access to, they can open the booking and make modifications to it. The feature change request is; If a user does not have access to a resource (room) as stated in their role they should not be able to modify the booking if the user is the owner, booker, host, requestor, or attendee of said booking.
