Set folder view on as default

Set folder view on as default for all pages where it is possible to view folders. Media Manager, Layouts, Launchpad, Playlists, etc. Folder View is already the default in media manager, so making this the default view across the board will keep the UI consistent from page to page, and also encourages users to stay organized.
