Proof of Play automatically turned on for all user uploaded content

This is requested because users will be dragging/dropping content into Media Manager folders, Korbyt should apply proof of play to all items in the specific folders to make it easy for the end users. This will remove the need to manually toggle this proof of play feature on each individual piece of media.
