URL Element - refresh timeout

Customer uses kiosks showing interactive dashboards on manufacturing floor. When dashboard host has errors it can cause the player to show an stale data or non interactive content. Would like to setup an auto refresh if no one has interacted with the element. Do not want to use playlist item duration because do not want to refresh while someone is using it. JS did not work. Body listener set to refresh if no click in x timeframe, but clicks are not being registered on body, clicks are being captured by the iframe.
