Video Element - Additional Streaming Format Support

If we can introduce more streaming parameters, the customer may switch over their 280+ rooms.
Existing media players: 37x media player endpoints (Brightsign XT) and 250x Teams Rooms (Crestron MX50 and MM30 units).
