Visitor Management - Self Service Kiosk

Korbyt Booking today is not designed for self-serve check-in. To win cost-sensitive deals without depending on third-party VM platforms, build a native, brandable Self-Service Visitor Kiosk that complements Booking’s existing visitor list (pre-added, ad-hoc, bulk) and keeps integrations optional.

Scope & key requirements:

  • End-to-end lobby workflow: pre-registration with QR access passes that validate at arrival, with host notifications and optional badge printing (touchless where possible).

  • Handle walk-ins with guided on-kiosk registration (capture name/phone, ID scan, photo), visitor agreements/NDA, and configurable approvals/deny rules; maintain auditable visitor logs and reports.

  • Provide theme/branding, multi-site support, accessibility and multi-language UI, offline resilience, and kiosk device coverage (iOS/Android/Windows browser or player).

  • Deliver two-way sync with Korbyt Booking (visitors, meetings, hosts), SSO + RBAC, webhooks/APIs for notifications, and privacy-first options for any sensitive data capture.
